Coffee & Climate: Introduction to Charging the Region

The One Climate Future team was joined by Jon Gagne and Laura Qualey of the Greater Portland Council of Governments to discuss the “Charging the Region” initiative. The project intends to make it easier to drive electric vehicles in our region by using transportation data and public input to identify locations for new electric vehicle charging stations. Learn more about how GPCOG is identifying barriers to EV adoption, developing solutions, and how this will contribute to our goal of reducing transportation-related emissions in Maine 70% by 2045.
